Senior Leadership Development

Principals and other senior staff within a school community are practical theologians as well as educators, pastors and sociologists. These key leaders in the school need to know the Christian tradition at depth, together with a grasp of contemporary religion scholarship and the ethos of the Anglican communion.

The Graduate Certificate in Theology offers an essential introduction to advanced theological and religion studies, with the option to continue to Graduate Diploma and Masters level. All subjects combine distance education, online learning and selective on-campus learning. The recommended program for school leaders involves one subject per semester, allowing the Graduate Certificate to be completed over two years.
